Logistics in action for the development of LNG in Argentina.
The year began with highly demanding operational projects, including the loading of concrete-coated pipes at the Port of San Antonio Este, followed by their transportation, unloading, and positioning at Fuerte Argentino, as part of the development of strategic energy infrastructure that will enable the construction of the ARGLNG Project to begin.
For 30 days, the Ulog team led an integrated logistics operation, with the support of Operational Excellence, New Business, and the branch offices. The scope included port operations, coordination of inland transportation to the site, supervision of critical maneuvers, and ongoing coordination among the port, carriers, cranes, and the client. Detailed planning, risk management, and real-time multidisciplinary coordination enabled the team to meet safety standards and complete the operations within the committed timeframe.
The project also encompassed the entire process, from its technical and commercial conception to on-site support throughout execution. The transition from office-based design to effective implementation at the port and site demonstrates our ability to turn planning into tangible results and reaffirms our commitment to the development of strategic energy infrastructure in Argentina.
